摘要
以棉铃虫精巢为材料,气干法制片,Giemsa染色,研究了棉铃虫精巢的形态变化和精子发生的动态过程。结果表明:棉铃虫的精巢自预蛹期开始会发生融合现象;雄性棉铃虫染色体数目为n=31。还发现雌性幼虫的腹部有4个腺体,可以作为幼虫的性别特征。
The testis form-change and spermatogenic process of cotton bollworm ( Helicoverpa armigera ) were studied in preparation of testis obtained by air-dry method. Two testes were fused on prepupal stage. The chromosome number of testis cells in male larvae was n=31. Moreover, we discovered that there were 4 glands in abdomen of female larvae, which acted as sexual character for distinguishing female and male larvae.
