摘要
以矮牵牛无菌苗的叶片为组织培养材料,对不同培养阶段进行了对比研究,结果发现,培养基MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L最适合诱导不定芽,在继代培养阶段,MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L继代效果最好,增殖系数最高,壮苗阶段在培养基MS+6-BA0.5mg/L上幼苗生长健壮,培养基1/2MS+NAA0.05mg/L中,幼苗生根状况最好,根系发育良好,适合移栽用苗。
The material of Petunia comes from the short seedling without vaccine. This paper studies the culture and propagation method of Petunia by using different treats in different stages.The results show as follows:The tissue of leaf was cultured on the different cultures and the best one was found which is MS+6-BA2mg/L +NAA0.3mg/L. For more and more the shoots, the MS +6-BA2mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L was selected. The shoots were cut and put on the culture which is MS + 6-BA0.5mg/L for the stronger seedlings, and then the stronger seedlings were inducted to form root system, during the course of roots building, the best medium is 1/2 MS + NAA 0.05mg/L.
