摘要
阐述了电压源逆变器(VSI)死区产生的原理与潜在的危害,并在理想和实际情况下,死区对逆变器输出波形的影响进行了分析。最后,在对死区补偿原理分析的基础上,提出了一种基于MR16的软件死区补偿方法。实验结果表明,这种死区补偿方法在一定程度上改善了电动机低频运行性能。
In this paper the principle of dead time of voltage source inverter(VSI)and its potential pitfalls were described in detail. It was analyzed that dead time has an effect on output waveform of inverter under ideal and real circumstances respectively.Finally, a dead time compensation method based on control chip MR16 was implemented. Experiment results prove that to some extent this compensation method can improve motor’s run performance at low frequency.
