摘要
目的 研究不同造模方法对血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响。方法 通过尝试采用氧化氢、内毒素、连二亚硫酸钠 3种方法造成血管内皮细胞的凋亡模型。结果 通过流式细胞仪对细胞凋亡率、细胞周期的检测 ,证实了 3种方法均可造成细胞凋亡模型。结论 选择适当剂量的造模工具是造模成功的关键。
Objective To study the influence on vascular endothelial cell (VEC) apoptosis for Different Modelling Method. Method Making VEC apoptosis model by using H 2O 2, endotoxin and hyposulfite of soda. Result Through determining apoptosis rate and cell cycle by flow cytometer (FCM), three kinds of methods can all make cellular apoptosis models. Conclusion The key to make models is to select appropriate dosage.
