摘要
近二、三十年来,全球环境问题日趋严重。环境问题全球化的一个重要结果便是环境NGO(非政府组织)的大量涌现。环境NGO凭借自身的特点和灵活性,建立起全球网络结构,对当代国际关系产生了重大而深远的影响。
In the past 20 or 30 years, the problems of global environment become more and more critical which results in springing-up of a great numbers of NGOs. With the advantage of unique characteristics and flexibility, these environmental NGOs establish a global net structure which has a profound and lasting influence on the contemprary international relationships.
