摘要
以上市公司资讯网公布的346家上市公司的最近财务分析资料为基础,选取了公司的每股收益、每股净资产、总资产报酬率和净资产收益率这四个指标,对样本公司的经营业绩进行综合评价。建立了相应的指标体系,并采用主成份分析法的综合评价模型得出各样本公司经营绩效的综合得分,并在此基础上利用SPSS软件进行分析得到上市公司不同行业类型的绩效差异。
Based on the financial analysis data of 346 listed companies from www.cnlist.com, the authors of this paper has chosen 4 indexes: profits per stock; net capital per stock; the reward ratio of overall asset; and the yield of net capital to evaluate synthetically the management performance of apiece stylebook companies. This paper sets up a suitable index system and adopts the synthetic evaluating function-model of the principle components analysis to elicit the compositive scores of apiece stylebook companies,and to get the difference of acquisition performance of listed companies of every industry by using SPSS for the analysis of the scores.
