通过借鉴最新的统计资料,从消费者的需求与企业的供给两方面分析了影响我国干酪市场规模的各种因素,并通过进一步分析这些影响因素的变化趋势以及发展干酪产业的积极意义,得出了有关我国干酪产业发展的相关结论。
Cheese is a kind of very nutritious dairy products, which has a larg e share of market in the developed countries such as European countries, America a nd Japan. The dairy market of China has achieved a lot in resent years, but comp aratively the scale of cheese market is still small. Basing on the latest statis tics, the article attempts to analyze the issue from the aspects of the consumer s' demand and the enterprises' supply. Through further analysis of these factors ' trends and the meaning of developing cheese industry, some conclusions about t he Chinese cheese market and industry are drawn.
