摘要
做好在大学生中发展党员工作 ,是加强和改进党的建设的需要 ,是高校从根本上落实“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现。本文围绕如何做好在大学生中发展党员工作 ,着重对学生党支部建设、党务和思想政治工作干部队伍建设以及加强对入党积极分子的思想政治教育等问题进行了分析 ,提出了思路。
In order to meet the needs of reinforcing and promoting the construction of the Party and to carry out completely the important thinking of 'The Three Represents', the enrollment of new party members among university students must be paid much attention to. Under this situation, the paper puts forward some thoughts after analyzing the problems in the constructions of the Party branches in university students and the cadres team in charge of party affairs and political education, as well as in the reinforcement of political education of students party member candidates.
