摘要 高校系办公室是高校管理系统中的一个重要而基本的组成部分 ,其工作的好坏直接决定着整个系的工作效率。作为新时期系办公室工作人员 ,应不断提高理论和业务能力 ,处理好理论与业务、综合性与专业性、主动性与被动性、事务性与科学性之间的关系 ,才能顺应时代的发展 ,做好系主任的参谋和助手。 The department office of university is an important and basic part of the management system in higher institutions. The quality of its work directly determines the work efficiency of the department. Being office staff of this new age, we have to constantly improve our theoretical and professional ability, properly deal with the relations between theory and profession, between comprehensiveness and specialty; between initiative and passivity; between routine business and scientific management so as to keep the pace with the development of the times and serve as a good adviser and helper.
