摘要
世界经济的相互依存导致共同的经济利益,增大了战争的代价,也提供了用和平方式实现国家利益的现实工具;冷战后,世界经济日益全球化、市场化,国际关系重点由政治、军事转向政治、经济,经济相互依存对世界和平的积极作用更为显著;但经济是国际关系中的决定因素而非唯一因素,在战争与和平问题上也是如此。
The mutual dependence of world economy, on one hand, resultsin the common economicbenefits and the augmentation of war cost, and on the other hand provides a means of peaceful realization of national interest. After the Cold War, there has been a globalization and general adoption of the market principles in world economy. The focus of interal relations have also altered from politics and military to politics and econ- omy. As a result, the mutual dependence of world economy has play an active role in the promotion of world peace. However, economy is a decisive, but not the only factor in international relations. So is it in the issue of war and peace. The inter-dependent economy has positive and also negative effects on world peace.
