摘要
本文讨论了RH-KIP双重精炼工艺对钢中夹杂物的影响。结果表明,无论采用RH→KIP还是KIP-RH处理工艺均能使钢液净化和夹杂物良好球化,但前一种工艺易使钢中产生较大颗粒夹杂物。
In this paper the effects of RH-KIP double refining process on non-metallic inclusions in the steel are discussed. It is clearly shown that both RH-KIP process and KIPRH process can purity the liquid steel and make inclusions well sphericized. However, it has been found that the former process, i. e., RH-KIP process is easy to form larger inclusions.
