摘要
本文通过对国内外连轧机上轧制花纹钢板的变形机理、花纹辊材质及工装加工、轧制规程的综合研究,在中板轧机上首先成功地开发出达到GB/T3277-91I《花纹钢板》标准的(5～8mm)×(1400～1800 mm)圆豆形花纹钢板。
The plates of (5-8)mmx (1400-1800)mm in size with round-bean surface conforming to patterned section the standard of GB/T3277—91,was firstly and successfully developed and produced on the plate-mill through comprehensive studies on the strain deformation mechanism, material quality of patterned rolls, technological equipment as well as the rolling schedules of patterned steel plates rolled on the continuous rolling mills both at home and abroad.
