摘要
分析了我国中小企业员工培训的现状,剖析了中小企业员工培训工作中存在的问题及产生的原因,并根据员工培训理论,提出了相应的改进建议。
This paper analyzes on the actual situation of the staff training in medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, probes into the problems existing in the staff training in medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, and expounds the causes of these problems, and based on the theory of the staff training, put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.
