摘要
通过东风柴油机的低温冷起动试验,描述了按国家标准方法进行柴油机低温冷起动试验的过程和不同调试方法,考察了与润滑油厂合作开发的极寒区用油 0W /30CF-4级柴油机油的最低冷起动温度,确定装用长城 0W /30CF-4柴油机油能保证 EQB /D 系列发动机在-35℃环境温度下起动,也基本能保证 EQB 系列发动机在-40℃条件下起动。
This paper presents the experimental process and adjusting method for Dongfeng diesel engine low temperature start-up under state standards,and the low temperature start-up temperature of 0W/30 CF-4 engine oil,which is co-operated and developed with Dongfeng Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and Lubricant Company and used in extreme cold region,has been reviewed.The results have shown that Greatwall 0W/30 CF-4 engine oil can assure the start-up of EQB/D engine product series at -35℃ temperature and can guarantee basically the start-up of EQB engine product series at -40℃ temperature.
