摘要
国家安全不仅包括政治安全、军事安全、经济安全和意识形态安全,而且包括生态安全。生态的安全状态既反映一个国家和民族过去的一切文明成果,也蕴涵着开拓未来可持续发展的基石。浑善达克沙地作为中国北疆一座天然的"绿色生态屏障",在"国家生态安全"中起着不可磨灭、不可替代的作用。
Country safe consists not only of politic safe, military safe, economy safe and ideology safe, but also of ecology safe. Ecological safe is the reflection of the whole nation's culture, and is the base of opening up the future's sustainable development. As the natural 'green ecological defense' for North China. Hunshandake plays a hard to replace role in 'country ecology safe'.
