摘要
WTO背景下,基础教育学校面临如何培养基础性人才和应用型人才的问题。笔者认为,要用城乡一体化的思路考虑农村基础教育培养目标问题,农村学校不宜再将"新型农民"作为培养目标,不宜倡导初中培养模式的改革,应该发展高中教育,发挥综合高中的作为,应该大力倡导"多教"结合,鼓励各地因地制宜创造各自的经验。
Under the background on WTO the basic education schooling face the problem of how to bring up persons with foundation ability and application ability. This paper analyzes the persons with application ability from the point view of society and history, and believes the aim of rural schools should be beyond the new farm, the reform of junior high level are not required, the senior level school need rapidly expanded, especially comprehensive senior level school. The comprehensive senior level schools have more potential to bring up. Multi education approaches and experience suitable to local conditions should be encouraged.
