摘要
为评价 LFA_3对血脂的影响作用,以每公斤日粮含0(对照组),50(Ⅰ组)和100(Ⅱ组)g LFA_3的日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡,检测血清脂质含量的变化。结果表明,Ⅱ组血清总脂、甘油三酯、总胆固醇(TC)及磷脂分别比对照组下降58.4%,61.4%,49.5%和54.7%,且随 LFA_3的增加而递减。提示 LFA_3有很强的降血脂作用。处理前后比较,Ⅱ组 HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)没有变化,而对照组则略有下降。HDL-C/TCⅡ组比对照组增加76.8%。腹脂重,Ⅱ组比对照组下降40.8%,提示 LFA_3对产蛋母鸡脂肪代谢有较强的调节作用。本文还就 LFA_3对腹脂影响的机理进行了探讨。
To evaluate the effect of LFA_3 on serum lipid,the experiment was conducted in feeding laying hens with diets containing O(Control Group),50 (Group Ⅰ)and 100g LFA_3/kg diet (Group Ⅱ)respectively and in determining level of serum lipid.The results showed that serum total lipid,triglyceride,cholesterol,and phospholipid in Group Ⅱ were 58.4%,61.4%,49.5%,and 54.7% respectively lower than those in Control Group and de- creased in a dose-dependent way as dietary LFA_3 increased.That suggested that the level of serum lipid could be lowered by LFA_3.As compared with HDL-C level before LFA_3-treat- ment,the HDL-C level in Group Ⅱ was unchanged,but that in Control Group decreased slightly.However,the HDL-C/TC level in Group Ⅱ was 76.8% more than that in Control Group.The weight of abdominal fat in Group Ⅱ was 40.8% lower than that in Control Group,which suggested that LFA_3 has an action of regulating fat metabolism of laying hens. The mechanism of effect of LFA_3 on abdominal fat was also discussed in the paper.
