摘要
本文根据现有的疲劳理论,提出了进行零均值随机变幅载荷作用下零件疲劳可靠度尺寸的计算方法。这个计算方法同时也适用于零均值随机变幅应力下,零件给定可靠度时的寿命计算及给定工作寿命时的可靠度计算。计算过程简单,适合于工程应用。
A computation method of mechanical part size with reliability is pres- ented in this paper according to the fatigue theory when the part is suffering from zero-mean-value random fatigue load. This method can also calculate the life span under a given reliability of the part and the reliability of its given working life span when the part is suffering from zero-mean-value random fatigue stress.
