摘要
目的研究前路固定、植骨在退行性腰椎滑脱复位术中的价值和作用.方法对34例退行性腰椎滑脱患者行前路矫正、固定、植骨术.结果随访12～36个月,平均20个月.34例中30例症状完全消失,优良率88%.结论前路固定系统可为退行性腰椎滑脱症提供坚强有效的节段固定.
To determine the effectiveness and advantages of anterior internal fixation system when it was used to stabilize the lumbar vertebrae of degenerative spondylolisthesis. 34 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis were anterior operation with internal fixation and reduction. The patients were followed up from 12 to 36 months with a verage of 20 months. The results showed that the preoperative clinical symptoms disappeared completely in 33 of 34 patients. The excellent rate was 88%. [Conclusions] Anterior internal fixation system of the lumbar vertegrae degenerative spondylolisthesis can provide rigid stability and maintain axial correction for the segments.
