摘要
绍兴黄酒经贮存后,酒中会有细细的白色小虫出现,且随贮存时间延长,酒虫增多。经分析,这与封口的荷叶有必然的联系。绍兴黄酒一直沿用荷叶封口,荷叶上附有虫卵,当气温或贮存不当等原因引起虫卵孵化而进入酒中。应对该问题引起重视。(丹妮)
During the storage of Shaoxing yellow rice wine, small white worm appeared in wine. And with the extension of storage period, more and more worm appeared. Such phenomenon had necessary relation with lotus leaf (used for wine pot seal) through scientific analysis. There was worm ovum on lotus leaf, however, Shaoxing yellow rice wine pots always sealed by lotus leaf, when temperature rose or inadequate storage happened, worm ovum hatched and worm finally appeared in the wine.
