摘要
目的 :探讨再生障碍性贫血患者血清红细胞生成素 (Epo)、血小板生成素 (Tpo)的含量及其意义。方法 :采用夹心酶联免疫法测定 14例再生障碍性贫血患者及 18例健康人血清Epo、Tpo ,同时检测红细胞数 ,血红蛋白、血小板数。结果 :重型再生障碍性贫血 (SAA)和慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)的血清Epo、Tpo水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,其血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞数 (RBC)、血小板数 (PLT)则明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :SAA和CAA血清Epo、Tpo水平较对照组明显升高 ,且Epo与Hb及阻RBC ,Tpo与PLT均呈负相关 ,应用rhEpo、rhTpo治疗再生障碍性贫血可能是有益的。
Objective:To explore the serum level Epo、Tpo in patients with aplastic anemia and its clinical implication.Methods:Epo and Tpo levels、hemoglobin(Hb)、red blood cell counts(RBC)、and platelet(PLT) counts were detected in 14 patients with aplastic anemia and 18 cases of healthy volunteers by using sandwich ELISA.Results:Serum Epo levels were markedly higher in patients with serious aplastic anemia(SAA) or chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) than that in controls(P<0.01), The levels of their hemoglobin were lower than controls(P<0.01).The Tpo serum level were also markedly higher in patients with aplastic anemia than that in controls(P<0.01).Conclusion:SAA and CAA serum Epo、Tpo level were higher than controls. Epo and Hb、RBC,Tpo and PLT in aplastic anemia was heterogeneity. Treat the patient with aplastic anemia with rhEpo、rhTpo may be useful.
