摘要
以硅灰石和水玻璃为主要原料 ,制备出了二氧化硅 /硅灰石复合颗粒。研究发现 ,复合颗粒的表面得到钝化 ,改善了其和聚丙烯 (PP)的结合界面 ;对复合颗粒填充PP的力学性能的研究表明 ,复合颗粒显著提高了复合材料的屈服强度和弯曲强度 ,断裂强度没有明显改善 ,而冲击性能有所下降。
Abstrcat In this paper, the composite wollastonite was prepared by wollastonite and sodium silicate. Study found that the surface and composites fractured surface property of the composite wollastonite were improved. Research on mechanical properties indicated PP composites filled by composite wollastonite had high yield strength and inflexion strength, low impact strength.
