肌炎灵对多发性肌炎动物模型血清抗体及T淋巴细胞增殖的影响

摘要 目的 :观察肌炎灵胶囊对多发性肌炎动物模型体液免疫和细胞免疫的影响 ,以探讨其作用机制。方法 :利用豚鼠肌浆球蛋白多点免疫Lewis大鼠造成肌炎模型 ,在此基础上给药 ,观察动物血清中特异性抗体、ENA多肽抗体、淋巴细胞增殖情况 ,且和强的松对照。结果 :肌炎灵可以显著抑制大鼠血清特异性抗体含量 ,抑制由Myosin和ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖。结论 :同强的松一样 ,肌炎灵对非特异性和特异性细胞免疫及体液免疫起抑制作用 ,以此发挥疗效。 Objective:To observe the effect that JIYANLING capsule impact on the animal model of Polymyositis’liquid immunity and cellular immunity,so as to discuss its impact mechanism,Methods:Use the myosin of guinea pig’muscle to inject into cortical underside of Lewis mouses to make model of Polymyositis,we feed experimental’medicine to them and observe animal serum specific antibody,ENA antibody and T lymphocyte’multiplication.at the same time.compared with prednisone.Result:JIYANLING can restrain the specific antibody’quantity in the serum apparently and T lymphocyte’multiplication which is inducted by Myosin and ConA.Conclusion:JIYANLING capsule make the immunosuppressive impact on no specific and specific cellular immunity and liquid immunity to come into force,the mechanism is like to prednisone.
