摘要
目的探讨钝性分离胬肉联合自体角膜缘移植治疗翼状胬肉的手术效果。方法用钝性分离切除胬肉联合自体角膜缘移植的手术方法治疗翼状胬肉49例57眼,术后随访3个月～3年。结果随访期内有2眼复发(3.5%),其中1例于复发的同时发生睑球粘连。结论钝性分离胬肉联合自体角膜缘移植是一种治疗翼状胬肉的简单、安全、有效的手术方法。
Purpose To discuss the feects of blunt separation of ptrygium,with limbal autograft.Methods Blunt separation with limbal autograft was adopted in 57 eyes of 49 cases with pterygium for 3 months to 3 years follow-up time. Results Recurrences occurred in 2 eyes in the follow-up period time.(3.5%).One of them was accompantied with symblepharon.Conclusion Blunt separation with limbal autograft is a kind of simple,safe and effective surgery for pterygium.
