摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstractive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的围手术期处理。方法回顾分析111例 OSAHS 患者围手术期处理的临床资料,其中轻度9例,中度31例,重度71例。结果除2例术后继发性出血外,无任何其他并发症发生。结论认真进行围手术期管理有助于降低 OSAHS 患者的手术风险。
Purpose To explore the management of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) during perioperative period.Methods 111 patients with OSAHS were retrospectively analyzed,of whom 9 cases were with mild OSAHS,31 with moderate OSAHS,and 71 with severe OSAHS.Results No complication occurred,except that 2 patients were complicated by secondary bleeding.Conclusion Careful pefioperative management is helpful to lower surgical the danger of patients with OSAHS.
