FeMnSi合金应力诱导ε马氏体TEM观察

摘要 采用TEM实验技术结合拉伸实验,静态和动态观察了FeMnSi合金中应力诱导ε马氏体的形态、亚结构界面特征,结果表明:FeMnSi合金中应力诱导ε马氏体呈细条状,择优长大,平行排列,并且γ/ε界面平直,共格,在应力作用下可移动。 The static and dynamic observations were made on the morphology sub-structure and interface feature of stress induced ε martensite of FeMnSi allov by TEM andtensile test. It is shown from the results obtained that the stress induced ε martensite in FeMnSi alloy appears as fine strip pre ferentially growing and parallelly arranging. The straight r/ε interface can migrate under stress exerted.
