摘要
本文叙述了用廉价的铁族元素(镍,钴和铁)强化烧结钼的一些试验结果。采用适当的掺杂方式加入<0.5%的镍或二元添加剂,在1400℃左右烧结,可获得密度在9.6g/cm^3以上的钼烧结块。其膨胀系数与纯钼相近。可望在以膨胀系数为主要考虑的应用领域,应用此种活化烧结工艺将取得节能的经济效果。
The experimental results activalory sintering of Mo with cheaper Fe family elements such as Ni, Co or Fe, are described. It is confirmed that the Mo sintert with the density above 9.6g/cm3 can be obtained by activatory sintering of Mo ag about 1400℃ after addition of Ni or binary additive below0.5% by proper dopin way. The expansion coefficifent of the Mo sinter is close to that of pure Mo. Economic benefit of energy saving is expected especially in the application field where expansion coefficient is emphasized.
