提出仙客来良种的概念及引起良种退化的因素;提出解决退化的各种措施及比较完善的仙客来良种优势保持技术规范,并制定了仙客来良种的种质检验标准;继续深入地进行利用外源DNA片段导入技术培育珍稀品种。
It has put forward the concept of cyclamen improved varieties, the factors leading to their degeneration, the different measures of overcoming the degeneration and the comprehensive technique standard of maintaining the superiority of cyclamen improved varieties. Furthermore, the inspection criterion of the quality of cyclamen improved varieties has been made and the work of using the external DNA fragment to culture the rare varieties has been continued.
