摘要
本文测定了100例不同年龄组正常人的多普勒左室舒张功能参数,对其与年龄关系进行分析研究。结果表明正常人多普勒左室舒张功能参数随年龄增长而变化,年龄是影响多普勒左室舒张功能参数的独立因素,因而在评价左室舒张功能时,对于年龄的重要影响不容忽视。
Examinations by puised Doppler echocardiography were carried out in 100 normalvolunteers aged from 20 to 78 years (mean 37.5).The relation between age andDoppler echocardiographic indices of left ventricular diastolic function was analysedand studied.lt was concluded that Doppler echocardiographic indices of left ventri-cular diastolic function are independently affected by aging.Hence the effects ofage should be taken into account when leftventricular diastolic function is assessedby Doppler echocardiography.
