摘要
本文报告了32例再生障碍性贫血病人血清结合珠蛋白、β_2微球蛋白的检测结果。结合珠蛋白为0.67±0.35g/L,β_2微球蛋白为1.94±1.05mg/L,前者明显高于正常,后者与正常无显著性差异。
The serum levels of HP and β_2M were measured in 32 cases of aplastic anemia.The results were 0.67±0.35g/L and 1.94±1.05mg/L,respectively;the former was significantly higher than normal while the latter was within the normal range.The mechanism is discussed.
