摘要
对青岛市某国棉厂57名健康青年女工进行了20个月的追踪研究,对妊娠前、妊娠期和哺乳早期的人体测量指标、血红蛋白量、红细胞总数和膳食摄入量进行了测定,并测定了新生儿的身高和体重。妇女孕前平均体重为49.95±4.32kg,分娩前为65.57±5.04kg,妊娠期平均增重为14.92±3.14kg。三头肌,肩胛下和髂嵴上三处皮褶厚度逐月增加。婴儿平均出生体重为3180.61±395g,低体重儿出生率为4.08%。
Dietary intake,anthropometry and some blood parameters of 57 youngfemale textile workers from pre-pregnancy to early lactation (20 months)were followed up for the study.The birth weight and birth height oftheir newborns were also determined.The results showed that averageweight of the subjects was 49.95+4.32kg during pre-pregnancy and 65.57±5.04kg before delivery,showing an increase of 14.92+3.14kg.Skinfoldthickness at triceps,subscappuia and suprailiac increased month bymonth during pregnancy.The average birth weight was 3180.61±365g.Therate of lower birth weight in newborns was 4.08%.
