摘要
通过薏苡属(Coix)栽培种(C.lacryma-jobi L.)和野生种(C.agrestis lour.)远缘杂交 F_1和 F_3形态观察和比较,确证出现性状的疯狂分离和超亲变异,符合远缘杂交的特征,从形态上证明远缘杂种的真实性。
Morphological characters of interspecific F_1 and F_3 between cultured Job's tears(Coix lacryma—jobi L.)and wild Job's tears(C.agrestis Lour)were observed and compared.It was proved that the obtained hybrid was real interspecifie hybrid because of its violent segregation and transgressive variation.This obeyed distant crossing char- acters.
