摘要
以干周为指标,借助大量的空白试验数据,系统地研究了苹果田间试验不同的小区大小与误差变化的规律。在此基础上,根据试验设计的一般要求,找出了苹果田间试验合适的小区株数与重复数的搭配,即:一、幼龄树重复三次时,每小区的株数为3株到7株,重复四次时,2株到4株;重复五次时,单株到3株。二、随树龄每递增五年,小区株数可以相应地减少1到2株。
A systematic study was made on the variation of experimental error associated with different plot size by a large amount of uniform experiment data.According to the results of this study and the conventional requirements for experiment design,the suitable combinations of plot size and replication were concluded as following;1)when trees being young,there should be three to seven trees(plot size)with three replications,two to four trees with four replications and one to three trees with five replications;2)for every increment of five years of the age of trees,the polt size could be reduced by one or two trees accordingly.
