同步转向拨禾机构试验研究

摘要 总结立式割台作物90°转弯的各种机构在田间作业的运行情况,提出的“作物转向同步条件”是对立式割台与小四轮拖拉机配套组成小型联合收割机,作物在转弯处发生缠绕,倾倒,堵塞等现象的理论分析。田间作业试验验证了这一理论分析的正确性。按照这一理论分析,改进设计的同步转向拨禾机构很好地实现了作物从立式割台上向喂入输送带的顺利,平稳稳定连续地90°转弯,而且结构简单。 The synchro—turn condition of crop—straw concluded from analysing the fieldwork status of several turn attachments of vertical swather was the theoretical analysis of the phenomena, wrap, overturn, stoppage of crop—straw on the turncorner of vertical swather with small combine assembled by vertical swather with small four—wheel tractor. This analysis was verified by field harvest experiment. The synchro—turn reel—straw attachment that has been desigened according to the theoritical analysis can satisfactorily make the crop—straw realize the stable, relliable, and continue turn of 90 degrees, moreover the structure was very simple.
