Study on electric conductivity of mould slag for continuous casting

摘要 分析了连铸结晶器保护渣的导电机理,研究了保护渣在不同状态下的导电性能,并且利用电路原理计算出了液渣的电阻率.研究结果表明:保护渣的熔化状态直接影响着其导电性能,利用导电性能可以推断出保护渣的熔化状态;液渣在1350℃时的电阻率约为0 22Ω·cm. Mechanism of electric conduction of mould slag for continuous casting was analyzed, and the conductivity at different states were studied. The resistivity of molten slag was also calculated by using the principle of electrocircuit. The results showed that the conductivity of mould slag for continuous casting is determined by its melting state, and thus the melting state may be predicted from its conduntivity. The resistivity of the molten slag used in this study is about 0.22 Ω·cm.
