摘要
研究了含不同碳酸盐及碳化物的LF发泡剂的发泡效果.结果表明,不同发泡剂所产生的气体量有很大差别,C和碳化物的气体发生量明显大于碳酸盐.以SiC、CaC2和碳酸盐等混合物组成的发泡剂效果更佳,其发泡高度在原始渣厚的一倍以上,持续发泡时间超过20min.
The foaming effects of the LF foaming agents with different carbonate and carbide are investigated. It is shown that, for different foaming agents, the gas quantities generated by the reaction have obvious differences, and it is greater for carbonate than carbon and carbide. The composition of the foaming agent has important effect on the slag foaming. The foaming agent which is composed of SiC, CaC2 and carbonate has the optimal foaming effect. The height of the foaming slag with this foaming agent is twice as that of the original slag, and the foaming can last more than 20 minutes.
