摘要
由房产公用建筑面积分摊的原则入手 ,通过分析房屋建筑面积的层次结构以及公用建筑面积的分摊类型 ,提出了一种通用的、规范的公用建筑面积分摊计算模型。
Based on the study of principles to share area apportionment as well as the hierarchical structure and the type of share area, this paper presents a generic and easy implemented model for share area apportionment. The result shows its applicability and effectiveness.
