摘要
日本在二战后形成的金融分业制度 ,在 80年代逐渐为金融融合化制度所取代。融合化的金融体制将提高日本金融机构的竞争力 ,增强东京国际金融市场的地位。根据中国的实际 ,依法逐步实现金融融合化 。
Japans system of financial discretion that came into being after World War Ⅱ gradually gave way to the system of financial integration during 1980s. The integrated financial system will improve the competitive power of Japanese financial market.According to the practical circumstances of China,the first choice she should make is to estabilish the system of financial integration on the basis of law.
