摘要
自上世纪80年代以来,中国城市化以空前之势兴起,与此相伴的失地农民问题也日渐突出,成为一大社会问题。这一问题解决的关键在于政府要变革现行土地征用补偿制度,为农民在失去土地后向市民转化提供制度保障。
With the rapid expansion of China's urbanization since the 80's last century, more and more Chinese persants have lost their lands and this has already become a serious social problems, the key to solve this question is the government must reform present system of land requisition and compensation and offer the peasants a guarantee when they are urbanized.
