摘要
合成了6个6-氨基-9-(N^(4′)-脂肪基取代乙醛缩氨基硫脲)嘌呤衍生物,其化学结构均经元素分析及红外光谱证实,抗病毒活性测试表明,分别对3种家蚕病毒(CPV,DNV,NPV)具有不同程度的抑制作用。
Six new compounds of 6-amino-9-(N^4′-aliphatic substituted
acetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone)purines were synthesized through condensa-
tion of N^4-aliphatic substituted thiosemicarbazides with adenine-9-acetal-
dehyde.The new compounds were characterized by elementary analysis and
IR spectra.Their antiviral activity were tested preliminarily with Bombyx mori Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus(NPV),Bombyx mori Cytoplasmic Poly-
hedrosis Virus(CPV)and Bombyx mori Densonucleosis Virus(DNV).The
results showed that most of compounds tested possessed antiviral activity in
silkworm in vivo.
