摘要
用桡动脉搏动图、心脏收缩间期、B型超声心动图和选择性心血管造影测定20例法乐四联症患儿的左心功能。结果:法四患儿CI,EF及LEDV/REDV明显低于同龄正常儿童,a波时间和LPEP/LVET明显高于同龄正常儿童。表明法四患儿左心功能明显降低,CI与升主动脉内径/主肺动脉内径值呈直线负相关,r=-0.8237。因此,升主动脉内径/主肺动脉内径值可作为评价法四患儿左心功能、预测手术效果的主要指标。
The prognosis and result of operation of TOF is based on
the left ventricular function(LVF),20 cases of TOF were diagnosed accord-
ing to cineoangiography,16 cases were operated.LVF were determined by
systolic time interval 2-D echoeardiography and radial pulsegraphy.Cardiac
index(CI),EF,LEDV/REDV were significantly lower than normal.A
wave time and LPEP/LVET were significantly higher than normal.It means
LVF was significantly low in TOF.CI was close related to the ratio of
diameter of ascending aorta to diameter of main pulmonary artery,r=-
0.8237.According to our experience,if the ratio is less than 2,operation
will be sere,if the ratio is 2-3,the patient can be operated,but
it is dangerous.If the ratio is larger than 3,radical operation should be
avoided,it would be better to choose palliative operation.
