摘要
应用兔抗体的FSH,LH,E_2,P4种碘标放免药盒,经过添加试剂,改良反应条件和改换分离剂,不经提取待测成份,就可正确满意地测定兔血清FSH,LH,E_2和P的含量。作者建立的增二抗-NRS-PEG改良方法可作为兔抗体的放免药盒(不经提取法)检验兔血清标本的通用方法。
Using FSH,E2,LH and P RIA kit of rabbit-antibody,we
don′t extract unknown different compontent.With these samples,the content
of FSH,LH,E2 and P of rabbit serum were detected,while changing the
separational agent and adding some agents,as well as mordifying the reaction
condition.It was proveded that not all the RIA kit of r-Ab can perform in
quantity detection only with the changing of separational agent.For this
reason,we established“increase double Ab-NRS-PGE”mordified method.It
can do the job and used as general method。
