抗盐性水凝胶合成试验因素的灰色关联分析

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,用蒙脱土(MMT)作为无机添加剂,依据均匀设计法设计试验,采用水溶液聚合法合成了抗盐性水凝胶。用灰色关联分析方法考察了试验的各种因素,得出粘土含量是影响水凝胶抗盐性的主要因素,其次是交联剂用量。表明灰色关联分析方法是一种合成化学计量学的有效方法,在化工过程优化中具有广泛的应用前景。 A new salt-resisting hydro gel was synthesized in terms of homogenous experimental design by water solution co-polymerization using acryl amide and acrylic acid as raw materials,montmorillonite(MMT) as inorganic filler.All the synthesis factors were studied by grey relational analysis.It can be concluded that amount of MMT was the main factor that affects salt-resistancy of hydro gel;the amount of cross-linking agent was the second factor.The results show that the grey relational analysis is useful and prospective as a novel powerful synthometric method in the optimization of chemical engineering proceeds.
