摘要
PVA人工玻璃体是聚乙烯醇经过过滤、透析、辐照交联和膨润制成的具有三维立体结构的高分子水凝胶。当膨润比为1∶89时,其含水量、屈光指数等理化指标与生体玻璃体相近,小牛血清能良好的渗入其中。兔眼玻璃体置换后观察,PVA人工玻璃体具有良好的组织相融性,术后2个月玻璃体保持透明,术后眼压一直略高于术前,表明此材科是一种有前途的理想的玻璃体代用物。
Polyvinyl Alcohol can be made into a 3-dimentional transparent
hydrogel(PVA Synthetic vitreous)through the process of filtration,dialysis,
irradiation and cross-linking and swelling.When the swelling ratio is 1:89,
the water content and refractive index of PVA synthetic vitreous are iden-
tical to those of normal vitreous.And bovine serum can diffuse well inside.
The results of rabbit vitreous replacement show that PVA synthetic vitreous
has good tissue biocompatibility,remains transparent inside rabbit eyes for
2 months and can maintain the intraocu(?)ar pressure a little higher than that
before operation.So PVA synthetic vitreous is a potential ideal vitreous
substitute.
