摘要
本文认为,粗放型经济增长方式存在许多缺陷,如生产要素配置与利用不合理,成本上升、产品积压、结构失衡,科技进步缓慢等。而集约型经济则主要依靠科技进步、更新改造、管理合理化、生产集约化以及人的素质的提高,来求得经济增长质量、效率和效益的提高,其核心是提高经济效益和提高经济增长质量。文章指出,大力发展信息技术和信息产业,推动国民经济信息化,提高经济和社会的信息化水平,是实现我国集约型经济增长方式的关键。而要实现我国经济信息化,则应从宏观上调整产业结构,促使其升级换代;应改造传统产业,实现传统产业信息化;应大力推行建立在现代信息技术基础上的科学管理;应利用信息化走资源节约型的综合发展道路。
Comparing extensive growth and intensive growth,the author points out that at the core of intensive growth lies the improvement of economic efficiency.Then the author mentions that the informatization of national economy is the key for the intensive growth in China.In the end,the author suggests that the upgrading of industrial structure,the informatization of traditional industries,the spreading of scientific management based on modern information technologies are main methods for the informatization of Chinese economy.
