摘要
将数据挖掘技术与统计过程控制技术相结合,提出了一种混合的生产过程质量控制方法。对服从正态分布的质量特性值,用统计的方法构作控制图;对不服从正态分布的质量特性值,用聚类方法构作控制图。分析了异常模式的趋势、循环变动、孤立点以及偏差等几种情况。
Based on the combination of data mining and statistical process control, a mix-produced process quality control method is proposed. For quality characteristic value in the normal distribution, a control diagram is done by using statistical method. If quality characteristic value is not in the Gauss Distribution, clustering method is used to draw a control diagram. At the same time, the trend, cyclic alteration, isolate point and warp of the abnormal pattern are analyzed.
