摘要
用扫描和透射电镜研究了氧化铝—碳化钨、氧化铝—碳化钛两种陶瓷材料的成分、断口形貌和精细结构。结果表明,两种陶瓷材料分别是由Al_2O_3,(W,Ti)C和Al_2O_3,TiC等相组成,断口形貌均为两类骨架结构,它们各自连续相互穿插结合,各相致密,其颗粒大小在0.5~1.0μm。有些颗粒和晶粒内部有亚晶粒和亚结构,其尺度为0.1~0.2μm左右两种材料的维氏硬度值HV分别是2600和2400。根据压痕法测得的压痕裂纹长度和硬度值参数,计算K_(IC)值分别是5.83和5.86MPa m^(1/2)。
Composition, morphology and fine structure of the Al_2O_3-(W, Ti)C and Al_2O_3-TiC ceramic materials were analyzed and observed with scannig electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Result shows: the structure morphologies of the materials all consist of two frameworks which are continuous respectively and cross each other; each phase is compact and fine; the particle size is about 0.5~1.0μm; some particles and grains have sub-grain and substructure which dimension is about 0.1~0.2μm. Test shows that their Vickers hardness numbers are 2600 and 2400. Based on the crack length determined by indenting method and the hardness parameters, calculation results in that their fracture toughness data are respectively 5.83 and 5.86 MPa m^(1/2).
