摘要
本文利用随机误差和周期误差自协方差的不同性质,提出将齿轮综合误差分解为随机性成分和周期性成分,用二阶Markov过程模拟随机性成分的方法,发展了相应的计算机软件。该软件具有较高的分解精度,用二阶Markov过程能可靠地模拟齿轮的随机性误差。
By means of the different behaviour of self-covariances between random error and harmonic errors, the methods to decompose the composite error of gears into the random and harmonic errors and to simulate the random error by the 2th order Markov process are put forward. The relevant software is designed and has higher decomposing precision. The 2nd order Markov process can reliablely simulate the random component of gear error.
