湛江市无偿献血人群中HIV抗体的检测情况分析

摘要 目的 :了解湛江市无偿献血人群中 HIV抗体的检测情况。方法 :使用国家批批检定的国产与进口抗 -HIV1/2 ELISA试剂对湛江市 1999～ 2 0 0 3年的无偿献血人群的血液标本进行初筛 ,初筛阳性者送湛江市防疫站及广东省防疫站分别以 PA法及 WB法确认。结果 :80 3 62名无偿献血者中初筛阳性 2 12人 ,确认为抗 -HIV阳性 2人。结论 :湛江市无偿献血人群中存在 HIV感染者 ,应加强宣传教育和提高检测质量 ,对初筛阳性结果报告要作好解释工作。
