摘要
报道一种同时订定高分子凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)校准参数和Mark常数K、α的新方法。待测高分子经粗分级,测得其特性粘数[η]_1和GPC谱图G_1,另取一种已知K_0、α_0值的参考高分子,也经粗分级后测得[η]_(0,1)和G_(0,1),根据普适校准关系,结合Mark方程和由Wesslan分布函数所导出的粘均分子量计算公式,得到联立方程组。通过求解该方程组同时订定了高分子的GPC校准参数和K、α常数。
A new method, by which GPC calibration parameters and Mark constants K, a of a given polymer may be estimated simultaneously, is reported. The fractions of a given polymer are obtained by preliminary fractionation and their intrinsic viscosities [η]1 and GPC chromatograms G1 are measured. Another polymer whose K0,a0 are known is chosen as the reference sample, and its [η]0.1 and G0.1 of each fraction are measured by the same way afore mentioned. Finally, by solving a simultaneous algebraic equation derived from universal calibration and Mark equation and Wesslan distribution function, both GPC calibration parameters and Mark constants of the given polymer are estimated.
